Healing meditation is a therapy devised by myself, developed from my own meditative journeys, and now offered as a help for stress or anxiety, for simple relaxation or for spiritual development.

I believe that we are all spiritual beings who long to be connected with our true selves and to live as full and fulfilled a life as we can. When we lose that connection we can find ourselves stressed and anxious and my guided healing meditation helps you to re-connect. You can encounter your true nature and gain greater confidence, more self-esteem and self-belief. I work with you over a period of time, to be decided between us, in one and a quarter hour sessions.

I also offer sessions to help spiritual development, if you wish to deepen your spiritual life and awareness, and to reflect on the nature of love, compassion, wisdom and joy.
